Our source is in possession of a video in which a young man in his late 30s is handcuffed by a Policeman for owing him Ghc2.

From his narration, the Policeman operates a drinking spot where he sells alcohol known in the local parlance as Apio.

The young man who has been handcuffed said he and his friend went to a drinking spot to drink alcohol, however, he did not have money to pay for his share of the bill which is Ghc2.
