The Minority in Parliament has taken steps to hinder each administration business in dissent of the defer in the section of the Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill (hostile to LGBT Bill).
The National Democratic Congress(NDC) MPs are blaming the Chairman for the Constitutional, Legal, and Parliamentary Affairs Committee Anyimadu Antwi of purposely postponing the laying system toward entry of the bill.
