Two military officials from the 155 Armored Regiment situated in Damongo are right now in police guardianship for purportedly assaulting a previous understudy of the Damongo Nursing and Midwifery College.
The understudy is said to have come to the school for certain archives.
The episode occurred around 11pm on Sunday, June 12, when the suspects went to the school to meet their female companion.
As per report accumulated after arriving at the inn, the person in question, who was in the school to take her records, emerged from the room and the officers confused her with their companion and hauled her to a urinary pit and assaulted her.
The occurrence was accounted for to the tactical order in Damongo, a distinguishing proof motorcade was made and the two were recognized.
They were then sent and given over to the police for additional examinations.
The two, whose characters are yet to be known, will be summoned under the steady gaze of the Bole District Court on Tuesday, June 14.
In the mean time, school specialists and police in Damongo are yet to remark regarding this situation.
