Radio Safari back on air after 3 months 6 days

Oti-based radio station, Radio Safari is back on air after months of going off due to rain storm

 

The commercial Radio station and other properties within the Nkwanta North District of the Oti Region was stricken by Harvey rainstorm on the 24th march 2022.

 

The incident was naturally, as both internal and external technicians worked day in and out to restore connections

After three months of services, Radio Safari is back on air.

 

It is test-transmitting from Thursday, before programmes will be announced.  Consistency in the main time will be based on electrical power supply as the district faces power crisis for months now.

The frequency remains 100.3 with the slogan ‘Asempa y3 short’
