PROFILE OF EDMUND SEKYERE, NPP-UK BRANCH 1ST VICE CHAIRMAN ELECT

Edmund has been an integral part of the Branches numerous representations in Ghana for National Delegates Conferences and Congresses.

• Edmund has over the years built a very strong and deep understanding of the traditions and values of the Dankwa-Busia-Dombo tradition and has been an active architect of and contributor to the several policy initiatives initiated from the UK Branch that have led to the amendment of, and to enhance the efficacy of relevant provisions of the National Party constitution.

• Edmund has a strong team playing spirit, loyal to working colleagues and leadership, with rich operational experience and leadership qualities. He is a dependable ally and a joy to work with.

• He will undoubtedly prove to be a reliable, responsive and empathetic 1st Vice Chairman for the branch

• Joined NPP-UK as a card-bearing member in 2007.

• 2008 – 2012 Deputy Organiser, UK and Ireland Branch

• 2012 – 2014 Deputy Branch Secretary (UK)

• 2014 -2015 Parliamentary Candidate for NPP (Sekyere Central Constituency)

• 2008 – 2016 Leading Member NPP UK Communication team (representing the Party on different radio stations and TV programs in the UK)
