Nkwanta North DCE Visits WASSCE Candidates At Kpassa; His Massage of Hope!

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Nkwanta North District Assembly in Oti Region, Hon. Nawugma K. William on Thursday September 15, 2022 paid a visit to the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) candidates of the Kpassa Senior High Technical School.

The purpose of the visit was to motivate the candidates and also pick first-hand information as far as the WASSCE 2022 exams in the School were concerned.

Addressing the candidates, Hon. Nawugma William thanked the Teaching and the Non teaching staff for nurturing and preparing the candidates for this year’s examination.

The DCE however advised the candidates not to indulge in any form of examination malpractices.

“You are aware that GES and WAEC have issued strong caution against examination practices so I advise you not to involve yourselves in any malpractices that will lead to cancellation or withholding of your results. I can assure you that if you excel in your exams, you will be admitted to any of the Universities and enjoy student loans without any guarantor by the government new opportunities for tertiary students”.

The DCE asked them to approach the papers with confidence since the examination was based on all that they were taught.

“Don’t be afraid since fear will make you panic and thereby forget all you learnt,” he said.

He told them that this examination was the most crucial in their lives since it would open the door to their future.

“Your destiny is in your hands so make sure you don’t play with it,” he said, adding that he was anxious to see most of them become successful in life as future leaders of society to occupy positions that higher than his office or same.

“Free Education policy by the government has not singled out any Ghanaian student and our government will continue to invest and implement good policies that will benefit we the poor once from the village and those in the cities” he added.

Hon. William again entreat the teachers of the school to put up good plans that will lift and promote the image of the school.

Finally, he assured the candidates his readiness to support the best candidate.
