The NPP UK Branch are hardly lasing their boots ahead of 2024 election, Aspiring NPP UK Branch Chairman hopeful Andy Owusu on several occasions drop strategic plans on how party members will conduct themselves, preach the gospel of the government, generating resources and many more to make sure the party achieves it biggest dream by breaking the 8 year jinx.
On his campaign trip, Mr Andy Owusu said the party needs Resources and strategic persons who’s influence in the party means a lot to the Ghanaian society and the UK branch of the party, adding that, he has served the UK branch from stage to stage with good network created to rebrand the party’s UK branch.
“We need resources, then we need strategy. I think I’ve served well enough to build that network and that network will help us as a party, a branch party in UK to build on what a certain people have done”
The aspirant hope that if there is good network backing their resources, they will do much better in teaming up ahead of 2024.
“Politics is about resources, your resources, my resources. A leadership is everything so we have to ensure that we’ve the network back to our resources, and if you’ve those resources, your voice is brighter, stronger and better and collectively we can build on a strategy that does three things, one winning an election and maintaining power; two, making UK a place of hope, a place where your voice to shape government maters and a place where the government agenda meets your expectations and finally a strategy to maintain our relevance”
The UK branch chairman hopeful Andy Owusu added that, several examples can be testify about him, therefore they should put them into consideration with confidence that he will deliver to benefit the party faithful’s in UK and the party at large.
“The reason why I want to be chairman is to fight for your interest, to fight for once interest you need a network, I’ve that network to fight for your interest. We are in government and I can help you get easy access to certain things, because I have the links to the leaders in power already,” he told the UK NPP branch.
