Let’s our lives in the church reflect in our homes – Asofo mame urges women

 

The church of Pentecost Sabon District in the Nkwanta south of the Oti region Pastor’s wife (Asofo mame),Mrs Evelyn Boadi has urged all women in Christ to let the life they portray in the church reflect in their various homes.

 

 

Speaking during the climax of the church of Pentecost women’s week celebration dubbed,”Equipped the woman as an army to possess the nation” Mrs Evelyn said,some women dedicates themselves to the work of God in the church forgetting their roles as mother’s in the house which to her is not the best way to serve God .

According to her ,some of the attitude displayed by some children in the society does not speak well of the family they come from especially the way they dress , talk and even all kinds of social vices they involve themselves in is not how a christian child should behave , therefore it is the responsibility of the mother to go on her knees and pray for God’s interventions.

 

” As a woman, you should be concern about the wellbeing of your children so that they will grow up to be come useful in the society. Therefore I want to urge all women to impact good moral values into the lives of their wards and pray for them to become better people to the community, the church and the country at large” .

She further urged the youth to live a good life so that they will also grow up to be come good leaders in the church because a time will come when the leaders in the church today will not be able to do the work of God therefore the need for today’s youth to adopt good moral values from today’s leaders for a better life tomorrow.

 

She finally took the opportunity to wish all mothers a happy mother’s day and prayed for God’s blessings on every mother .
