I’m not Sammy Gyamfi’s wife; my husband is jealous – NDC Woman cries out

A former National Democratic Congress(NDC)  Deputy Women Organiser hopeful for Sunyani West Constituency, Irene Amankwaa Karikari has denied being the newly wedded wife of National Communication Officer of the party,

Outspoken NDC National Executive of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi tied the knot in a traditional ceremony to lady who bore some resemblance with the NDC loyalist.

Some blogs had gone ahead to suggest she was the one in view of the fact the Mr. Sammy Gyamfi hails from the area.

But in reaction the lady wrote on her social media handle “You people should stop tagging me la 😆😆😆.I’m not the one Sammy Gyamfi got married to .My husband is jealous la🤣🤣🤣🤣”

 

The marriage which was scheduled earlier in late November was postponed until after the NDC’s National Delegates Congress where the groom was seeking re-election as National Communications Officer. Sammy Gyamfi later went unopposed after his contender was disqualified and he went on to win.

The Chain Homes Private marriage earlier on Wednesday attended by former President and 2020 flagbearer of the NDC John Mahama who was the new couple’s Special Guest as well as Newly elected NDC Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia.

 

Although Sammy Gyamfi has a son who celebrated his 10th birthday this year, Sammy Gyamfi was not married to the little boy’s mother since his birth in 2012.

The strictly-by-invitation event saw a  Pastor bless the couple in a simple but elegant ceremony.
