The citizen Eye of Ghana promise delegates 16 buses for all the region when voted out the current general secretary of the governing NPP in person of Mr.John Boadu because the last election his performance was very poor.
Speaking at a newsconference held in Accra, the president of Citizen Eye Ghana, Mr. Alex Kwaku Tetteh, reiterates that Ghana can never be the beacon of democracy in Africa without the contributions of civil society groups like us.
According to him, the NPP’s victory was a collective achievement of several like-minded Ghanaians, some did not physically show up but they contributed financially to ensure that the NDC is sent back to opposition to which it eternally belongs.
After securing political power, most of its members feel neglected and think that they are languishing in abject poverty while the few leaders in the party are enjoying the fruit they all cultivated.
The numerous business people who supported the party with their resources, how are they faring under this government? It is extremely painful to see someone who worked very well for the party prior to the election in 2016 in miserable poverty as a result of unemployment although the person qualifies to be employed.
He said that the NPP should know that they will be one day assessed by these same people.
Mr.Kwaku Tetteh was optimistic that base on he will admonish the electorates not to be influenced by some dimes that maybe given to them by some selfish politicians but should rather have the development of the country at heart.
The Citizen Eye Ghana is pleading with all delegates to vote for Lawyer Justin Kodua as the General Secretary of the NPP and Stephen Ntim as the National Chairman of the party, because both the General Secretary and the chairman of a party are the people who decided the faith of the party.
“CITEG is promising all the 16 regions of one Toyota Mini Van each for the delegates if they vote in favour of Lawyer Justin Kodua and Stephen Ntim.Of which the vehicles will work and pay the cost of purchase, I am of the conviction that if we all decide to follow these cardinal principles the country will develop at a faster rate” he assured.
The CITEG charged the security agency to ensure that every vote is been protected without any fear or favour and for those marcho men who will be used just to go and cause mayhem or destruct the electoral process must brought to book and dealt with accordingly.
