Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs Minister, Hon. Ebenezer Kojo Kum has resigned.
He resigned on Friday, February 3, 2023 according to a communique from the Presidency.
In a statement shared via social media, the Communications Director at the Jubilee House, Eugene Arhin said the President had accepted his resignation.
The letter further indicated that the President has asked the Minister for Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development, Dan Botwe to take over and act as Minister until a substantive Minister is appointed.
Reports indicate that the Chieftaincy Minister has been unwell for several months and although he had battled against time to return to active office, his health continues to fail him.
