Information reaching Otixpres.com confirms that, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has nominated Janet Emefa Obro-Adibo Goka to serve as the District Chief Executive for Guan District of the Oti Region if confirmed by the Assembly.
Her nomination comes after the death Honorable Marlon Anipa, the first DCE of the Guan District within the early two weeks after his confirmation.
Madam Emefa, the Oti Regional secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) took her office as the secretary of the party after the appointment of Mr Joshua Makubor as the Regional Minister.
A date is yet to be fixed for the confirmation exercise.
