Breaking News: 8 people feared dead in boat disaster on volta lake:

Disaster struck on the Volta Lake on Tuesday when a boat transporting pupils from Atikagome to Wayokope in the Sene East District in the Bono East Region capsised.

Officials from the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) have confirmed the incident.

Eight people are feared dead.
