Bogoso-Insu Siding road Blocked after a bridge collapsed 

Commuters of the Bogoso- Insu Siding road may have to change their route due to a road block near Ayensukrom No.1, a community in the Prestea Huni-Valley Municipality of the Western Region.

 

After the heavy downpour on the 15th June 2022 that left the whole municipality flooded, a bridge connecting Insu Siding collapsed when a tipper truck carrying sand was using it.

It has caused a lot of inconveniences to commuters of the road from Oppong Valley, Huni-Valley and other parts of the Western Region.

Traders conveying items to the Bogoso market are left stranded trying to find alternative ways to get into Bogoso, the Municipal Capital of the Prestea Huni-Valley Municipality.
