Achimota Forest saga:Only NDC can probe alleged acquisition of lands- Elliot Wogbe

Deputy Volta Regional Organizer hopeful of the National Democratic Congress(NDC)Mr Elliot Wogbe has indicated that NDC is the only party that can legally probe the alleged acquisition of state lands and deal lawfully with the perpetrators.

He indicated that, the incumbent handling of the matter is just for the cameras thus he’s sending a serious caution to land grabbers in the NPP government to stay away from the Achimota Forest lands because come 2024 the NDC will succinctly probe the issue and deal with those land looters.

His comments comes on the backdrop of the Late Forestry commission CEO Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, alias Sir John who has also been embroiled in the controversy after parts of his supposed WILL suggested that he owned land in the Achimota Forest reserve and on some ramasar site coupled with other state asserts.

“I always say that for persons who love Elliot Wogbe and want him to win all the seats for us just as I want then we need to give him the unflinching support” – a youth activist disclosed

“Contributing to the success of the NDC and supporting Elliot Wogbe should be the hallmark” he added.

Many party fanatics of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), have also contends that Elliot Wogbe is the surest bet to bring the youth wing together for hard work towards victory in the forthcoming 2024 polls.

Others insists that Elliot Wogbe is the most marketed personality for the Job due to the bravery he exhibited during the 2008 Elections by protecting and circumventing NPP party thugs against the snatching of ballot boxes.
